Something I've learnt in the last few weeks:
Don't fill my mind with worry.
It contorts all my creative endevours and clouds my perspective. Worrying means that I'm not expecting the best outcomes for others or myself.
Worrying means that I'm being presented with a situation and I'm seeing it in completely the wrong way. Time to put in to practice the things that I've learnt this year.
I saw last night that a creative way of looking at my mind is to view it as a snowglobe, all the stagnant thoughts need to have a shake up to get all the glitter and sparkle shaken up.
By focusing on the drama I promote drama around me.
Instead I visualise peace, joy and positive outcomes, knowing that I cannot affect another persons world for they are responsible for their lives just as I am for mine.
